That’s amazing. The general rule is that most hospitals won’t try to save a baby until he’s at least 23 weeks. I’ll never forget a clip I saw on Facebook where a mom had her twins at 22 weeks and she pleaded with the hospital to help save them. They refused because their protocol was, any baby born before 23 weeks, they would not make the effort to save the baby.
