Can't help but admire someone that still loves me even when I let them down at times.
Many many times.
Love covers a multitude of sins. (1 Peter 4:8)
A lot of folks kinda put down love at times, equating it with just being touchy feely, an only concentrate on faith.
But then we run across scripture that says this;
1 Corinthians 13:13
(13) And now abideth faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
(13) And now abideth faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
1 Corinthians 13:2
(2) And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not love, I am nothing.

Both of those verses seem to indicate that love is greater than faith.

It'a also first on the fruits of the Spirit. Gal. 5:22-23
It's also a royal Law. James 2:8
