"Evidence" does not come from social media sites - X, Facebook, TikTok etc don't count, if you want it to be taken seriously that is. I get all sorts of stuff in my own feeds and wouldn't think about presenting any of it as evidence for a position unless it contains a link to a credible source that can be validated and fact checked with other sources. Frankly, given your very strange notions about England one can only wonder if you ever consult any credible source or whether you only read stuff that reaffirms misinformed confirmation biases...

Still, I suppose if far right social media is where you get your info from it's hardly that surprising. We have freedom of speech just fine thanks. I can openly criticize various political administrations, attend peaceful protests and share a myriad opinions without fear of being carted off to jail etc. This isn't Russia or North Korea where the slightest hint of insurrection to the regime leads to just that and worse.
Our citizens aren't armed anyway so pretty hard to disarm them. Like plenty of other countries there's no guns and we fair just fine thanks and have a lot lower crime rate compared to across the pond by way of.

Believe it or not, the Supreme Court clarified this point in the 1800s with "Indians". They are not citizens even when born here. They are not subject to our authority. Nor are anchor babies.

Videos of crimes being committed are still evidence, Arthur, no matter where they’re hosted. If a robbery is caught on CCTV and uploaded to X, it doesn’t magically stop being evidence just because you dislike the platform. Waving it away because you don’t like the medium is willful blindness, not critical thinking.
