Just found this book in which can be found the chapter on repentance. The is also an excellent chapter on conversion.

I read his "Prophecy and the Church" (or at least the first part of it) years ago and was quite impressed by his thoroughness. If you look online under Allis on Dispensationalism (or something like that) I think what you find is part of that book (but I need to double check my copy).
