Lush-Luke 24-after the fact. The dbr was hid from the 12, prior to its occurrence.
The 12 did not know of the impending dbr-it was hid from them, until later in the Lord's ministry-and yet, prior to them knowing, they were preaching "the gospel of the kingdom:"
"For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day. But they understood not that saying, and were afraid to ask him." Mark 9:31-32 KJV
"Then he took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished. For he shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on: And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again. And they understood none of these things: and this saying was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken." Luke 18:31-34 KJV
"For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead." John 20:9 KJV
Sober up.

we believe that You came from God."
John 20:8 Finally the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, also went inside. He saw and
believed.
NATHANAEL BELIEVED. See John 1:50.
This, the first of his miraculous signs, Jesus performed at Cana in Galilee. He thus revealed his glory, and his disciples
put their faith in him. See John 2:11
After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said. Then
they believed the Scripture and the words that Jesus had spoken. See John 2:22.

Many of the Samaritans from that town
believed in him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told me everything I ever did.” John 4:39.
And because of his words

the Savior of the world.” John 4:42.
“Unless you people see miraculous signs and wonders,” Jesus told him, “
you will never believe.” John 4:48.

Did you read all those scriptures? What are they believing?
Many came to believe in Jesus because of the miracles.
You claim no one believed and had nothing to believe about Jesus Christ to be saved.
We have to believe in who Jesus is and what he said.
