"And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.
And they judged the people at all seasons: the hard causes they brought unto Moses, but every small matter they judged themselves." Exodus 18:25-26 (KJV)
Fact: Moses was of no denomination. Given the many we have to today, how can it be determined who is a man of God? What spiritual "plumbline" would we use?
What method of choosing do you think Moses would use if alive to today if he was looking for help in judging/leading the congregation?
What requirement would have to be met?
Lets include Jesus in this as well. After all, it is the condition of His Church, His Bride, that is at stake.
