Where's the "Search" link in the Navigation Bar?

The FAQ said there should be a "Search" link in the Navigation Bar for quickly finding keywords, etc. anywhere on the bulletin board, or in specific areas by means of "Advanced Search" - but I am not seeing anything of the sort, on any page. Please help.
