If anyone believes in water baptism , can you explain 1 Cor 15:29 , else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead if the dead rise not at all ?

why are they then baptized for the dead ?

how can a dead body be water baptized ?

I at one time was a So BAPTIST, and I feel I have more understanding now .

what say you ?

It took an couple of months for me to see what baptism for the dead meant .

the answer to me is found in Rom 6:3 and 4 and when you keep in mind is when the single word baptism is found , be careful as it does not also mean water

verse 4 this the Greek word Baptisma , and is not Baptism .
