I'm not 100% sure, but I think he is against all abortions, regardless of the circumstances. Perhaps a doctor's advice would trump that. For Trump.

His recusal, for example. His admission that he and everyone else left the room when Trump spoke to Comey about Flynn.

He was dancing around when questioned about it, but he didn't support Trump's story. He's clearly not going to fall on his sword for Trump, and he's carefully avoiding any entanglement in what could be a criminal case.
