President Trump has worked with Congress to enact 28 laws during the first 100 days of his Administration.
President Obama signed 19 executive orders during his first 100 days.
President George W. Bush signed 11 executive orders during his first 100 days.
President Clinton signed 13 executive orders during his first 100 days.
President George H.W. Bush signed 11 executive orders during his first 100 days.
President Reagan signed 18 executive orders during his first 100 days.

What are these? How can the number be of value? Isn't it the content? I could have 28 coins and you could have 10, but if mine are all pennies and yours are half dollars then 28 ain't didelee squat.

Why didn't the link give details of each of those for all Presidents?

Haven't you been paying attention for the last 6 months? Oh, that's right, MSM media doesn't really cover the news, just collusion conspiracies.

The 28. I give him 4 or 5 of value. But about the same are destructive.

ADMINISTRATION - 12. Nothing to brag about. These would have been signed by any sitting president or they were just resolution and not acts.
The president signed H.R. 609 on March 13. The bill designates a Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare center in Butler County, Pennsylvania the "Abie Abraham VA Clinic."

H.R. 72, which Trump signed into law on January 31, authorizes the Government Accountability Office to obtain all federal agency records needed for the GAO to perform its duties.

Trump signed a Senate bill into law on January 20 which allowed him to appoint General James Mattis as Secretary of Defense. Prior to the bill's passage, federal law prohibited individuals from becoming Secretary of Defense until they had been out of the armed forces for at least 7 years. Mattis retired from the Marine Corps in 2013.

Trump signed a congressional review action which abolished a land management rule aimed at streamlining the process for making federal land use decisions.

Trump signed the Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act of 2017, which designates March 29 as National Vietnam War Veterans Day and encourages the display of the American flag on that day.

At the end of March, Trump signed a bill which designated a VA clinic in American Samoa to be named the Faleomavaega Eni Fa'aua'a Hunkin VA Clinic.

Trump signed a Senate resolution approving a memorial to recognize military men and women who had served in support of Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield.

Trump also signed a bill into law which provided for the appointment of members to the Office of Compliance's Board of Directors in order to replace members whose terms were expiring in 2017.

Trump signed a House resolution which eliminated a Labor Department rule regulating how large cities and municipalities design payroll deduction savings programs.

Trump signed a Senate resolution which reappointed Steve Case as a citizen regent of the Board of Regents at the Smithsonian Institution.

Trump signed a measure which appointed Michael Govan as a citizen regent of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution.

Trump signed a Senate resolution which appointed Roger W. Ferguson as a citizen regent of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution.

WTH-scary stuff. Putting weapons in mentally disabled people's hands, polluting rivers, killing for sport protected wildlife.
Trump signed H.J.R. 40 on February 28. The bill, which is now law, repeals an Obama-era rule which prohibited the mentally disabled from being able to purchase firearms. Obama signed the executive action, which mandated that the Social Security Administration submit names of mentally ill individuals to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, following the San Bernardino terrorist attack in 2015.

Trump signed a congressional action repealing an Obama-era regulation which prevented coal-mining companies from dumping debris and toxic waste into nearby streams and waterways.

Trump signed a House resolution that abolished Obama-era hunting restrictions on national wildlife refuges in Alaska. The rule was intended to protect predator species like wolves and bears from being hunted. The rule that Trump repealed also imposed a ban on aerial hunting, live-trapping or baiting predators, and from hunting those predators while they were near their dens or cubs.

WHAT BECAME OF IT - did it die on the vine?
H.R. 321, the Inspiring the Next Space Pioneers, Innovators, Researchers, and Explorers (INSPIRE) Women Act, was signed into law by Trump on February 28. The law mandates that within 90 days of the law's passage, a plan must be submitted to the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology for how NASA scientists can engage with and promote female STEM students from K-12.

Trump authorized the repeal of another Obama-era rule which mandated that all states issue ratings for teacher-prep courses within their borders.

The president signed an action which abolished federal standards established by Obama that determined which schools were doing well in terms of students' performance and which ones were not.

Trump also abolished an Obama rule which limited the number of unemployment applicants states could drug test.

SWAMP EXPANSION
The president signed a Congressional Review Act resolution which rolled back financial disclosure requirements for energy companies mandated by Dodd-Frank. The stipulation required that energy companies disclose payments made to governments that related to fossil fuel development.

On March 27, Trump signed a resolution which repealed an Obama rule, known as the "blacklisting rule," which prevented the government from working with contractors who had been in violation of labor laws, had engaged in wage theft, or were responsible for workplace safety violations in the last 3 years.

In early April, Trump signed a House joint resolution which eliminated workplace safety regulations implemented by Obama which were aimed at reducing injuries and deaths in the workplace.

Trump authorized a Congressional Review Act bill which eliminated Obama-era rules protecting private citizens' internet and browsing data from being used by their internet providers.

OF VALUE
Trump also signed H.R. 255 on February 28, called the Promoting Women In Entrepreneurship Act. The law authorizes the National Science Foundation to support entrepreneurial programs for women.

Trump signed Senate bill 442 in March, which authorized the appropriation of funds towards NASA research and exploration.

Trump signed a measure on April 13 which allows states to withhold Title X family-planning funds from clinics which provide abortion services.

Trump signed a bill authorizing a number of programs to enhance weather forecasting and alerts at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Trump signed a bipartisan measure in April which extends the duration of the Veterans Choice Program. If executed correctly, the measure will likely help provide veterans with healthcare and deliver that care at a faster rate than it was before the bill was signed.

Just the fact that this article exists and was posted to the official White House website page is an amazing statement of Trump's insecurity, as is the quote from a WSJ editorial listed as the second bullet point. Could he be any more insecure?

And like most Trump document, it's completely empty of any substance. There's not a detail posted about what hardly any of this is. Just meaningless numbers.

Tell me, how many laws do you think should get passed this year? And how many orders should Trump give? Is it even a meaningful thing to track?

Trump's most productive activities, when he's not licking Putin's boots, have been related to the Congressional Review Act. Which should just be repealed. It's just a mechanism for Congress to inject politics into all sorts of things.

Unfortunately, most of these actions have been destructive.

After reviewing Trump's "28 enacted laws" I recall quite number of them from the MSM.

Better start practicing it Rex -

President Pence

President Pence

President Pence

I'll take it. Although, I wouldn't take for granted that Pence is clean. And I actually have some doubts about Ryan being clean. How about President Orrin Hatch?

Any of these would be an improvement. And I hate...most of them. But I would take it, to save the Republic.
