Bongino made an excellent point - if you remove immunity from a sitting president there's nothing to stop anybody (or everybody) from now filing suit against Joe Biden for his handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal or the economy or the border or anything.
Similarly, every single one of these judges on the appeals court is now also unprotected from immunity for their actions.
Let the lawsuits fly!

2. Judges have immunity if they had jurisdiction to hear the case. Your understanding of the law and Bongino's is incorrect.
Should you know someone who wishes to bring an action v Biden, say for handling the withdrawal, economy or border issues, I think Rudy might be looking for work, unless he has been disbarred in the meantime. Or Alina Habba, one or Trump's old favorites might need some work. Sydney Powell, John Eastman? Take your pick. Might even be able to get one of Trumps PACs to fund the law suit.
