Trad, do you dislike black people?

Oh, so you're claiming that Trad's dislike for black people is worse than your dislike for me?

Yes, I can just see your little mind turning and saying, "But I really do love you as much as I love myself." No, Town, I'm not buying it that you love any more than Trad does. You've just played the hypocrite so long you see others as less than you see yourself, and have no room at all to find fault with Trad concerning his feeling toward any particular race of people.

I'm hoping to drive a wedge between you and your ego, and I plan on continuing in that effort. :thumb:

Interesting.

Perhaps if you wouldn't take my words out of context, you wouldn't have to be so vague with your comment.

Perhaps you shouldn't react to what you imagined was a conclusion of mine.

React?

So you're suggesting "interesting" standing alone isn't a vague comment?

How can I possibly be reacting to a vague comment like that? I could have jumped up and down and thought, "Finally, she's seeing the light and finding it worth consideration." But, I didn't presume to assume anything....your comment was too vague for any common sense person to imagine anything at all.

My dear Sister! you are as free as anyone else to voice your opinions!

I'm looking....but I don't see where I came close to saying she wasn't free to voice her opinions. If the word "interesting" is an opinion, it's a very vague one.

Try not to jump too quick, Bybee. It's never been a good policy for you.

And your chronic sneering stance is unseemly for a Christian.

Truth be told, I've heard the "n" word come out of the mouths of blacks more than I have whites. They use it all the time....derogatorily and as friendly banter. They even accept it as friendly banter from their white friends.

But, oh the outrage when used by certain others.

Unless a white calls another white that exact same word. Guess that is fine.

So many rules....

Black people say it differently. They put an "a" at the end...either because they don't know how to pronounce words in the English language, or for whatever reason. I don't know. And they use it as a term of endearment.

Like many things, they just do it/say it wrong. :nono:

I make sure to keep the "r" at the end really audible. And I like to elongate the "n" at the beginning and really lay stress on the "i" in the middle, almost like a short "e" sound. You have to say it in a really southern, "good ole' boy," almost "redneck" accent. [Think "Yosemite Sam."] And you have to make sure to say it in almost angry, accusing way. To make sure you are doing it right, make sure that you make a hand gesture as though you are pointing angrily at someone.

It's positively euphonic.

You should definitely try it on your own time...just make sure nobody is around. :)

Black people only find the word offensive because they, themselves, have internal animosity toward whites.
This is why they say it so freely among themselves but go crazy if a white person does.

But don't depend on the liberal crowd to accept these realities- like how many blacks see other blacks as sellouts if they strive more with white people.

It all ties together- it's animosity.

White people have done a mighty fine job at embarrassing themselves, consistently walking on eggshells and having a contest as to who can be the biggest self loathing, politically correct, pushover moron.

Other cultures would never do this when shown disrespect by another. There's a curse on white people, which they created for themselves.

Thanks, but I have plenty of my own redneck words I try not to say. I have little grandsons who have quite the gift for imitation. Sometimes my daughter and I have to argue, "They didn't hear that from me." Unfortunately, they remember who said what and exactly how it was said.

I'm beginning to think you might be a bit homesick, Trad. That would explain a lot. ;)

Actually there is and has been a sharp division among blacks about the use. Some say it robs the word of power and others find it as objectionable as it was when white bigots used it to as a means to insult and degrade.

There's a lot to that, and it's been proven out during these Obama years in power. The harder the libs try ....bending over backwards, the worse race relations have become.

And yet they still become angry when white people say it.

Racists.
No, it's not racist. White people coined the term and then in practice, over generations, used it as an emotionally charged weapon. You can't be a part of diffusing it. And, in any event, you aren't using it that way. There's no transformation into endearment or coupling of any sort of human affection in it when you or most people of our shade use it.

So blacks have a right to the mark of our mostly former, malicious stupidity. They can take it and bury it or pull its wings off. The only thing it's good for among Caucasians these days is to act as a line of demarcation between those of good or ill will, rationality or willful ignorance.

Oppressed by races.
Oppressed by women.
Oppressed by liberals.
