Note:

It was certainly written in the Scriptures that the Christ must rise again from the dead . . . but it takes the Holy Spirit to reveal Gospel Truth to any soul . . . and these men were so enlightened to the Scriptures, later.

Then they couldn't have preached it before, could they.

No.

No, they couldn't.

You're refuted.

You're welcome, ma'am. Just doing our job.

You are doing your job badly, for you are incorrect, again . . .

"Later," like before His Ascension, the resurrected Christ came to the Apostles and breathed the Holy Spirit upon them; commissioning them to proclaim His Gospel Truth. John 20:21-23

These believing/seeing Apostles all began proclaiming the Gospel; bringing the Gospel message of forgiveness to thousands of souls, for some time before Saul was ever converted.

Just like you MAD people are now blinded to what the Holy Scriptures have taught and revealed about the Christ of God since the beginning.

Hopefully, a time of grace will come to you, when the Holy Spirit removes your blindness and opens your eyes to the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ found throughout the Word of God.

Caught, in a lie.

You say, "argue," just "One Gospel."

The 1 Cor. 15:1-4 KJV gospel/good news:

Death
Burial
Resurrection

"later"

So, wicked one, what was this "gospel of the kingdom" that the 12, including Judas, were preaching, per the Master's orders, for almost 3 years, if they were clueless, did not know until "later," about the ...

Death

Burial

Resurrection

It's a simple question-a 6 year old can see it...

"Then he took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished. For he shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on: And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again. And they understood none of these things: and this saying was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken." Luke 18:31-34 KJV

For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead." John 20:9 KJV

Even the prophets did not "get it."

Just making it up. Don't care about Truth. Proved wrong, caught in a lie, don't care. It's all about the arguing.

Feeling neglected at home, are we?

It was the same Gospel of repentance that John the Baptist preached.

This was a message of preparation prior and during the ministry of Jesus Christ, and was part of the One True Gospel. It was not a different Gospel than the "good news" Gospel proclaimed after Christ's ministry was fulfilled. All declarations of the Kingdom of God being at hand was the Gospel of Jesus Christ being fulfilled in history.

There is no question that the Gospel proclaimed by the Apostles was fuller and better understood after Pentecost, but it is not correct to say it was different.

There is only One Truth, One Savior, and One Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Before D-B-R :rapture:

And post D-B-R in Luke 24:25, 26, 27:

25 And He said to them, “O foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!

26 Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?”

27 Then beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures. (NASB)

and again in Luke 24:44, 45, 46, 47:

44 Now He said to them, “These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things which are written about Me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.”

45 Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures,

46 and He said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise again from the dead the third day,

47 and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. (NASB)

Beginning from Jerusalem: First to the Jew and then to the Gentile. (reference to Romans 1:16)

Within the first couple weeks, if not the first week after Christ's death, the Apostles knew and understood. Long before St. Paul ever came upon the scene.

Saul/Paul was still watching an Apostle be stoned.

Show that they knew the Cross itself was the basis for forgiveness for all mankind, rather than a grave crime against Messiah that lsrael must repent of before restoration and refreshing could come.

Don't assume it's there. Show it.

If the DB&R was hidden from the disciples, I'll eat my hat

Luke 18

31 Then He took the twelve aside and said to them, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of Man will be accomplished. 32 For He will be delivered to the Gentiles and will be mocked and insulted and spit upon. 33 They will scourge Him and kill Him. And the third day He will rise again.”

34 But they understood none of these things; this saying was hidden from them, and they did not know the things which were spoken.

Isn't it amusing how the calvinists run to the rescue of the worker bee? They are children of the devil, that is why.

You convolute the believers' love of God and love for His Holy Law, with carnal works . . .

Until you figure out how blessed it is for Christians to enjoy their walk in grace, guided by God's Holy Standards (Law), you will remain a lawless and unhappy heretic.

IMJerusha claims she does good works to be saved and it is her free will. You know this. You don't care. As long as she posts in opposition to the gospel, that is a benefit to you. You are fooling nobody.
