Catholics believed and taught the Incarnation for fifteen centuries before a single Protestant ever managed to stumble onto the scene, and we continue to do so today.

Do you honestly not believe that Jesus taught everything we would need?

Not in it's completeness, and certainly not in "the Bible alone" (sola scriptura), which is itself a self-refuting and unbiblical notion [source].
