Can a person defend himself or resist evil?

Is this about spiritual warfare or not being able to defend one's self? And what about defending others? To resist evil is to fight against it, even if words as you believe yourself to have done with me?
Is this without lifting a finger? Some may see power as a right to fight rather than victory in God who fights for us.
Can you (a person) say no, stop, don't do that?

It sounds like you are saying we can have victory for God but without lifting a finger against anyone.
Or injure them. edit no one has a right to injure anyone either.
What about if a family member is killed. Does anyone have a right to kill the murderer or a judge needs to be appraised of this first?

There is no need to feel or be worried, but I have faults and I want to understand my role in life as a man.
You ought to change that to "as a servant of God", instead of as a man.
That is good, but I have never been a married person much less a married woman.
I am a servant of God, but I must as a man live my life as a man.
