The better trans is: what God promised... Its 'ten pros tous pateras' (the things promised to the fathers) and 33 repeats: 'tauten...ekpeplaroken' (these things are fulfilled...) All of which are plural nouns and pronouns.
If there is any question, consult the fact that it is the enthronement of Christ which is the destiny of them as a people, and that David's promises are absorbed in Christ. Any other purpose God had for David was already discharged says v36. That purpose no longer matters.
David's raised tent that was fallen is the subject in 15 when the burden of the law is lifted from the Gentiles.
2:31: David saw what God was going to do and so he spoke about the resurrection of the Messiah...
