The Holy Spirit Convicts Us

I think that is why the Lord is going to pour out His Spirit on all flesh in the end. To many have an evil conscience now and they Holy Spirit cant convict them now.

Heb 10:22
22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
