Well thats not what you said in your question. You just made a blanket statement " i dont understand"

But jacob is another synonym or name for Gods elect. s 135:4

For the Lord hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.

Jacob's name was changed to Israel. Seeing the word or name Jacob in the context of the post I did not know what to do. Thank you.

Genesis 32:28 NASB - 28 He said, "Your name shall no longer be Jacob, but Israel; for you have striven with God and with men and have prevailed."

Genesis 35:10 NASB - 10 God said to him, "Your name is Jacob; You shall no longer be called Jacob, But Israel shall be your name." Thus He called him Israel.

1 Kings 18:31 NASB - 31 Elijah took twelve stones according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, to whom the word of the LORD had come, saying, "Israel shall be your name."

2 Kings 17:34 NASB - 34 To this day they do according to the earlier customs: they do not fear the LORD, nor do they follow their statutes or their ordinances or the law, or the commandments which the LORD commanded the sons of Jacob, whom He named Israel;

Another reason why the elect, while sinners as other men are, are not under Gods wrath as others, its because Christ for them is their propitiation. He has propitiated God for them by satisfying by His Blood, Gods law and justice for them, appeasing His just Wrath against their sins. 1 Jn 2:1-2, so it would be a great contradiction in God to have those Christ died for and propitiated for to be under His wrath anyway.

Amen ! God according to His Covenant Mercy Heb. 7:22; 8:6, 12 in Christ Jesus for all His Elect [or Sheep], has Promised to be merciful or propitious to the Whole World [Gr. kosmos] of them 1 John 2:1-2; Is. 53:6; His Wrath being totally appeased based solely upon the Blood of Christ Rom. 5:9-10 which was shed particularly on their behalf Eph. 1:4-7: That is, the Whole World of His Elect, which consists of all ethnicities in all stages of the history of the World, jew and gentile.

Another reason why the elect of God by nature, even though children of wrath as others, arent under Gods wrath like others is because when Christ died for them, He made peace with God for them. Col 1:20

20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

This peace was made solely through the blood of His Cross !

So it would be speaking against the blood of Christ cross to say any for whom He shed His Blood for are under Gods wrath at anytime. Thats in fact Anti Christ

Amen, absolutely Anti Christ !

We know from scripture that the "all things" Christ reconciled to Himself Col. 1:20,
having made peace through the Blood of His Cross, are exclusive to God's Elect which
were reconciled by the Blood of the Cross of Christ even while being enemies of God and unbelievers.

Rom. 5:9-10

9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son,
much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Reconciliation is Salvation. So the ones Saved from the penalty of their sins are in the Favour of God and at peace with Him !

But all men are not reconciled to God, but are enemies of God: that is, they are condemned already John 3:18, 36.

Those condemned by God and under His wrath cannot at the same time be at peace with Him !
