There is nothing clear from the Rev to tie that to history. The Reformation position was that it was true in the Resurrection, that's why Handel's Messiah (the huge chorale piece) put the Hallelujah Chorus right after the Resurrection, because the Resurrection was an enthronement of Christ, like Acts 2:30-31 says.
