Matthew 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
This can be extended to apply even to the next minute.
That is, do not even worry about the next minute. Just stay in the present moment.
This can lead to great peace of mind.
And if it doesn't, always remember:
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
The way to cast all your care (worry) upon God is to immediately bring to Him in prayer anything that you become worried about at any time (Philippians 4:6-7). Then leave it in His hands, believing that He will take care of it (Mark 11:24), or that He will show you what you need to do (James 1:5).
