Starting a Blog

I was trying to start a blog to share some devotional thoughts but saw no place to post. Just wondering if this is because I am a user with few forum posts?

when you have 25 posts then you can access/start a blog, i think. i don't have one, although my sermons are the best ! ! ! - atrol:
