The title to this thread is the name of a document created by George Kennan, a former American diplomat, who spent decades studying the Russian revolution and what happened before, during, and afterwards. His conclusions about what happened then is what is going on in our nation today. Even the time frames are similar in both nations.

This is an article written in 1974 by Richard N. Garder, US ambassador, Deputy SoS, member of the CFR, and promoter of a world wide government. In other words he was big time globalist/socialist as almost all CFR members have been and continue to be. This was first published in Foreign Affairs magazine the mouthpiece of the CFR. This paper also shows that what is now going on in our country is the product of a long-term planning effort by the organization that has produced all but one of two of our SoS's for the last 100+ years no matter what party held the White House. They have also been the source of many other cabinet positions in every presidential administration for the same length of time as the SoS's.
It should be no surprise to anyone that prominent American politicians think they do the world a service by transforming America into a member state of the world body of collective nations under one hedonist secular government. As a member state of the world body America is in the unenviable position of having to finance every liberal goal of that body due to the fact that other nations do not have the resources America has accumulated under capitalism.
