Set in stone?

Is one’s soul set in stone from all eternity?

Does God know the future exhaustively where one cannot change, or does God know the future exhaustively where one can change their life?

have you changed ? yes of course you have .

as the open theist say here foreknowledge is not a force .

2 examples from Jesus second coming of God's foreknowledge
repented an executed for their faith.
(Revelation of John 7:14) And I said to him, Sir, you know. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb

the unrepentant
(Revelation of John 9:20-21) [20] And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: [21] Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

did not repent
Revelation 9:20
Revelation 9:22
Revelation 16:9
Revelation 16:11

all these people are free to choose , God knows their choices

Does God ever name any one of those people by name?
Ah special pleading.
If I accurately describe a large crowd I was in what the people did
how they reacted and the overall outcome but I don’t know or name a single person in that crowd
does that suddenly make my account not credible?
Of course not.
Isaiah 53 gives a detailed and accurate description of Jesus first coming without naming Him once
and we rightly treat it as true prophecy.
Why the sudden demand for personal names only when we get to the groups in Revelation?
That’s special pleading.

Ah special pleading.
I'm afraid that you do not even know what "special pleading" is. That's just one of your canned remarks when someone points out flaws in your arguments.
If I accurately describe a large crowd I was in what the people did
how they reacted and the overall outcome but I don’t know or name a single person in that crowd
does that suddenly make my account not credible?
That is NOT what you've been claiming. YOU are claiming the God knows EVERY CHOICE THAT EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO EVER LIVED WILL MAKE THROUGHOUT THEIR LIFE (even from before they are born).

But you have NO EVIDENCE of that from scripture!
Isaiah 53 gives a detailed and accurate description of Jesus first coming without naming Him once
and we rightly treat it as true prophecy.
At the time when Isaiah wrote that, He did not even know that he was talking about Jesus. We only find out hundreds of years LATER that this is who what prophecy was about. And AGAIN, that has nothing to do with YOUR false claim that God knows EVERY CHOICE THAT EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO EVER LIVED WILL MAKE THROUGHOUT THEIR LIFE (even from before they are born).
Why the sudden demand for personal names only when we get to the groups in Revelation?
It just goes to show that the scripture does NOT support your argument.
That’s special pleading.
No, it's not.
