Would you comply with a court order to turn over business records on someone who had been convicted of conspiracy and racketeering?

That's much closer to the case here. Because no one is asking Apple to turn over their property. No one is asking them to even divulge trade secrets.

You didn't know what the court had actually ordered them to do, did you.
