Trump is the only Rep I have heard commit to universal healthcare

Trump is actually much less conservative than the other republican candidates. IMO, he is supported due to his lack of self control in the media (by catering to those who are angry).

He was previously pro-abortion, and I always find it suspicious when a candidate suddenly changes their view on such a life and death issue.

For lunch I had a slice of left over pepperoni pizza with mango and pineapple added to it...oh yum. Makes you feel good all over.
