Remission/Forgiveness of Sins is a Gospel of Gods Grace Truth that should be preached !

Lk 24:47

And that repentance andremission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Acts 13:38

Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:

This is not something being offered or made available to these beig preached to, but a thing being declared to them or made known to them, a thing done already for them. And How ? It was through Christ's shedding His Blood for them Matt 26:28

For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the
remission of sins.

Its according to the richs of Gods Grace through Christ's Redemptive Death Eph 1:7

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

Col 1:14

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

Exactly ! Repentance and Forgiveness of sins was never offered or made available.

But has already been accomplished in Christ's Name exclusively for the Saints, the Brethren in Christ Col. 1:2; Eph. 1:4.

It's a Gift John 3:27 to His elect People Mat. 1:21; 26:28 by their Saviour Acts 5:31; 11:18; Is. 45:17.

Did you read the OP ?

Hi and I read it , for the remission of sins , and does that mean water baptism , as in Matt 3:11 or were you talking about Acts 19:4 or do you referring to Acts 2:38 ??

But the apostles were REMITTING SINS in John 20:23 and need you expertise , so which one are you talking about ??

Must be 3 ways to be SAVED ?

So where is there LIMITED ATONEMENT here ??

Remission Is pardoned from past sins. One still must repent of present and future sins. And that is all based on IF. If you submit to Jesus commandments and obey them.

Luke 24:46-47
46 Then He said to them, "Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,
47 "and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
(NKJ)

Luke 1:77-79
77 To give knowledge of salvation to His people by the remission of their sins,
78 Through the tender mercy of our God, with which the Dayspring from on high has visited us;
79 To give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace."
(NKJ)

Acts 10:43
43 "To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins."
