There doesn't seem to BE a "proper" way to handle it, given that it seems to happen on a whim.

I've enjoyed nearly all of Kdall's threads.
I had been mostly lurking up until recently because most of the site seemed like an endless stream of tripe and babble.

But Kdall's discussions and posts were starting to get me interested and active on TOL again, so OF COURSE he/she's the one who gets banned, twice.
