Here is a technical point for you...if your face looks dismal is it wrong to seek to improve the way you look in any way at all?

What about teeth compadre?...you go to the dentist? you got crowns? you fill gaps or mend broken teeth?
is all vanity, all cosmetic....do you wear nice clothes? comb your hair?
