At the same time; she has survived all her political corruption because she has always been very calculating in how far to allow herself to go.
We're talking about a woman who started out by going to Washington, failef, put her pride in check, went back to Little Rock to play the con of dutiful wife to Ol Slick Willy towards the political power she was after through that route instead.
Same thing she did during one or another of Bill's adultries.
In contrast, Trump's entire career has been one Titanic sinking and or on the verge of sinking once more...after another.
His saving grace has been; on the one hand - the people he has hired; only for them to have to find themselves having to waste inordinate amounts of time saving him from his massive narcissism's blinding self-destruction; if only that they might save their source of income.
The other grace being that real estate investment and or development are both a very forgiving pursuit.
The industry is crawling with the most moronic of people.
Who end up looking smart no matter their education, lack thereof; their choices, good; bad; horrible - you name it - all because the market sooner or later turns around.
It is no accident that Trump is looking so highly incompetent as CIC.
And no accident his new worker bees end up having to cover for it.
He is simply being the incompetent his massive ego has always sabotaged him into being.
People are freaking out he is attempting to silence the media's exposure of his pathological lying.
But there is no need to freak out about that.
Oddly enough, we're simply too divided in our views of rights as a nation of individuals, for any one person to pull off a Hitler here in the U.S.
We're simply one heck of an amazing country in that respect.
Due - you extremists - to our remarkable Constitution on one hand, and our diversity of peoples, on the other.
Our 1960's sounds of revolution all over again is nothing more than that.
The height of our process of adaptation, once more.

Which is preposterous- I doubt there ever has been a president who hasn't said things and then contradicted them later. It's human nature to say something in the heat of a moment and then later reconsider. It's also natural to change one's views over time.
People have simply lost their minds- Trump says things and later contradicts them, but they do not reflect his ability or ultimate agenda. The media has tried to make Trump out to be 'flip floppy' and untrustworthy, but he has not come off his stance which he held from the start.
It's stupid, especially when you consider that Hillary was a political whore throughout the entirety of the race and people simply ignored it out of sheer favoritism.

Trump may be using this approach as a "bargaining" ploy BUT it sends the wrong message to America's NATO allies - not to mention emboldening our enemies!
While Trump is saying that NATO is "obsolete" in Washington, his Vice President and Secretaries of State and Defense are saying just the opposite in Europe - who is actually speaking for America and who is responsible for determining its foreign policy?
