POSTERS THAT WOULD BRING THE MOST PEACE! (IN ONE MAN'S OPINION.)

Ha!

Good one, Bybee . . . but it was verified that my first word, as an 18th-month old, being strollered through a Maryland woods by my father, was "tree."

Believe it or not, I remember my father pushing me on a path through the woods, on which I rode in my stroller, and my pointing to a familiar and known tree that had a low and wide fork, and actually saying "tree," which was the habitual and intended designation where my father used to find comfortable seat and silent refuge to study his books.

"Bah" came later in life . . .

My first word's (at 9 months old) were; "Why don't we have
a color T.V.?"

There's not a single "Grace Message for today believer" that,
I have any problems with on this forum. They don't leave me
neg-reps or angry PM diatribes. And, I don't do the same to
them. It appears as if, those "outside" of Paul's Gospel are the
ones I personally have problems with! What say the rest of you,
about your dealings with others?

Does John W know he is on a list of peace bringers and not one that brought a sword (figuratively)?

Not a bad list. It's missing people, like anna and rexlunae and a few others who know how to differ intelligently and humorously without rolling around in the mud. I tried to get people to agree to a Christmas cease fire last year and quite a few actually took me up on it. Not terribly long ago I seem to remember TOL having a week of that, but it went the way of Knight picking posts of the year. Just one of many small cracks in the plaster, sadly.

I've enjoyed spirited, humorous and principled debate and difference with a few people around here. Some took time before we reached that point, like quip. Others came right out of the chute, like rex. Katoyou will pull your ears, but even when she does it's hard not to laugh and feel as though she's doing it smiling.

You know, you and I had our dust ups for a while before we found enough understanding to laugh and nod. My hope is that people of good will, even widely divided in important ways, can and should have sufficient maturity to associate without sounding like differing parties to a divorce.

If some of the "Problemed posters" were to go on an extended
"HIATUS," JW wouldn't have to swing that sword of his, as much!

Being a wolf/wolf-ette exposer/marker/identifier, is akin to being a "super hero," i.e., I can never rest, saving TOL. That is the lot, of, "The Rifleman."
