Paul did not write Hebrews; we do not know who did

Not to mention that water baptism also provided the circumcision done without hands.
I just wanted to double back to this little piece of insanity.

Firstly, you cannot find scripture to support this.
Secondly, the "circumcision without hands" is accomplished exactly like the baptism without water!

Col 2:11-13..."In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;"

Perhaps you can supply a scripture saying just how the baptism of the holy Ghost intimates burial, the destruction of the flesh, (with the affections and lusts), and how we are quickened together with Jesus, by the gift of the Holy Ghost?

The "burial" is a figure of speech. It has nothing to with being "buried in water" as that's not a thing.

Indeed, he was a messenger to Israel... not the body of Christ.
Learn the difference or you will remain so confused.
The true Israel is in Christ.
Jew and Gentile, both in Christ...and in His body.
The only folks for sure not in Christ are sinners.
There is no sin in Christ.

The Bible says this:

Gal 3:27-29 (AKJV/PCE)
(3:27) For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. (3:28) There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. (3:29) And if ye [be] Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
The only folks for sure not in Christ are sinners.
Confusion reign with you.
There is no sin in Christ.
Platitudes are cute.

He did know that water would remit sins, as that is the mission God sent him on. (Mark 1:4-5)
You simply do not understand what God was doing with His various messengers.

John 1:29-31 (AKJV/PCE)
(1:29) ¶ The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. (1:30) This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. (1:31) And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water.

Please start a new thread if you want to deviate from this thread.
We're all deviated at this point. How is your current conversation even remotely talking about whether Paul wrote Hebrews?

But aside from that, I thought this was a Trinitarian only forum, but I guess I was mistaken since I don't see that stipulated anywhere.

The body of Christ is not Israel of any kind.
By that logic, Jesus is not in the body of Himself.
So you are no longer a male?
You use Paul's point, "that in Christ being free or male or Greek will avail you nothing", to make a point not of God, that there are no men or Jews or Greeks or slaves in Christ.
Confusion reign with you.
Nah, but grace does reigns through righteousness. (Rom 5:21)
Platitudes are cute.
Truths are sometimes astounding.
There is no sin in Christ.
I am in Christ.

You are retarded. Jesus is BOTH God and MAN. As a MAN, He is an Israelite. That is NOT how WE in the body of Christ KNOW Him per Paul. 2 Cor 5:16
So you are no longer a male?
In the body of Christ, YES! Per Paul. Gal 3:28
You use Paul's point, "that in Christ being free or male or Greek will avail you nothing", to make a point not of God, that there are no men or Jews or Greeks or slaves in Christ.
You are confused and a liar.
Nah, but grace does reigns through righteousness. (Rom 5:21)
Quoting a PART of a VERSE is deceptive and that amounts to LYING.

Rom 5:21 (AKJV/PCE)
(5:21) That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

The righteousness that reigns is Christ's and not yours.
Truths are sometimes astounding.
I love truth, I just wish that you did too.
There is no sin in Christ.
No kidding. Call the press!
I am in Christ.
Perhaps, but you are totally confused about His doctrines and methods.

You quoted the truth.
He did say those words...but I fail to see how John the Baptist's words say the waters of John's baptism did NOT remit sins.
In fact, your kindly provided scripture again point out the truth that baptism, now in the name of Jesus Christ but still for the remission of sins, is done with water.

The word of God is always truth, but not everyone who interprets it is intent on truth.
Indeed... you are the one that interprets it incorrectly.
What did I write that was dishonest?
"Buried with Him in baptism" seems pretty straightforward to me.
"Buried" in this context is a figure of speech. The Bible is full of figures of speech and you don't seem to have any understanding of them.
Nah, I am a male, free, Arizonan...in Christ.
You're still delusional.

You quoted the truth.
Yes, and I even understand it. You should learn to understand it too.
He did say those words...but I fail to see how John the Baptist's words say the waters of John's baptism did NOT remit sins.
The verse that I quoted was John explaining WHY he was water baptizing. It's too bad that you are blind.
In fact, your kindly provided scripture again point out the truth that baptism, now in the name of Jesus Christ but still for the remission of sins, is done with water.
The body of Christ has only ONE baptism and it has no water.
Water baptism is associated with the nation of Israel and what God was doing with them.

Good point.
But aside from that, I thought this was a Trinitarian only forum, but I guess I was mistaken since I don't see that stipulated anywhere.
If there can be no males, females, Greeks, Jews, slaves, or freemen in Christ, why would there be any Trinitarians?

Good, now you are opening your mind.
There are men who are Israelites in Christ.
It just doesn't give anyone any greater esteem in the eyes of God.
In the body of Christ, YES! Per Paul. Gal 3:28
Shouldn't your answer have been "no"?
Or have you changed your mind from your previous position that there are no men in Christ?
You are confused and a liar.
Nah, just a male, free, Arizonan, in Christ.
Quoting a PART of a VERSE is deceptive and that amounts to LYING.
Did I change the impact of Paul's words in some way?
No.
It is written..."That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord." (Gal 5:21)
Rom 5:21 (AKJV/PCE)
(5:21) That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
The righteousness that reigns is Christ's and not yours.
It is since I was water baptized into Him.
I love truth, I just wish that you did too.
I love the truth that set me free from serving/committing sin. (John 8:32-34)
No kidding. Call the press!
They already know.
Perhaps, but you are totally confused about His doctrines and methods.
I am grateful to God for causing my confusion to lead me to a real repentance from sin.
And remission of my past sins by the washing of Jesus' blood at my water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ. (Acts 2:38)
Not to mention the gift of the Holy Ghost.
