Obama is guilty of not providing each student with an automatic weapon with a full magazine when they enter school everyday - to serve as a deterrent.
Constitutionally there is nothing in the 2nd Amendment that would allow adults to infringe on a child's 2nd Amendment Rights.

So, it's the FEDERAL court not handing down tougher sentences. It's not the mayor, it's not the president. It's the JUDGES. Judges that are generally not voted out of their position because people don't know enough about the individual judges, or take the time to learn about them. How is this the fault of the president or the mayor? It's a failure of the voting public.
The incarceration rate of the United States of America was the 2nd highest in the world, at 698 per 100,000 population (2013).
While the United States represents approximately 4.4% of the world's population, it had 24.7% of the world's 9.8 million prisoners in 2008.
Does anyone seriously think that increasing the incarceration rate in America will act as a deterrent and/or solve the problem?

Oh please. It's not the judges if the DOJ never prosecutes, or the police never arrest them. Please show where all the supposedly prosecuted cases available were thrown out or overturned by judges.

So, it's the mayor? How does that follow? The police do arrest, there are prosecutions, but they seem to rarely fall under federal jurisdiction, and when found guilty the sentences are minimal, that is a big issue. Seriously, do actual research.

Open carry is extremely dangerous . There have been numerous examples of guns going off by accident and wounding or killing people by accident in public . America has gone totally insane with gun mania , and millions of people have become paranoid !

Idiot gun owners with small children have been leaving loaded guns out in their homes , and dozens of toddlers have been killing each other and their parents !
