NYT: Some homosexuals lament now being "normal"

Notice while some, like Waters, disagree, others prove that some in the homosexual movement do not want to accept being considered societally normal...the very thing they've demanded for decades.

Also note the close of the first paragraph.

From Capitol Hill in Seattle to Dupont Circle in Washington, gay bars and nightclubs have turned into vitamin stores, frozen yogurt shops and memories. Some of those that remain are filled increasingly with straight patrons, while many former customers say their social lives now revolve around preschools and playgrounds.
How could the editors POSSIBLY have let that one slip by?

It is alluding to them being regular family men and women with children now. Leave it to you to read it as a perverted statement.

Your last few threads have really shown your lack of comprehension. You are slipping bad when a "stoner" has to clarify everything for you.
