Because the "Unrighteous" don't have the "Righteousness of Christ."

I consider myself a Pentecostal based on what I believe about the book of Acts.
I agree mostly (90%) with the UPCI however I take a different stance on some of their holiness issues. No church is perfect however, I just think the doctrines of the United Pentecostal church make the most sense.

What doctrine are you talking about specifically and what Scripture would you say is contrary to that doctrine?
