I'm not sure anyone knows. Evidently you go get married by a priest or church official and then simply file a "marriage contract" at the county court house.

Pretty much all of the major news outlets have been giving these stories of Christians discriminating against gays front-page treatment, with Davis being the latest. It's not exactly making Christians and their faith look good.
