No, the seed of Jacob/Israel who had the faith of Abraham are Israel.
Gentiles who have the faith of Abraham are not Israel but they are the seed of Abraham.
Christ is the singular seed promised to Abraham, and those who are in Christ are counted as the seed, but.....are not Israel.
Yep.
And the plural seed of Abraham according to the flesh who were/will be circumcised in the flesh and were circumcised in heart are/will be the Israel of GOD.
Nope, Christ's death ended the covenant GOD made though Moses at Sinai, not His covenant made with Abraham 430 years earlier concerning his plural seed and the land.
Christ will make His New Covenant with Israel at His second coming and it is possible only through His work on the cross.
Rom 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
Rom 9:7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
Rom 9:8 That is, They which are
the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
Christ began the new covenant with the spilling of His blood and the pouring out of His Spirit fulfilling --
Zec 13:1 In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.
Zec 13:2 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.
The next verse was fulfilled 2000 years ago also.
Zec 13:3 And it shall come to pass, that when any shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD: and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.
Heb 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
Heb 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Heb 12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
If the new covenant is not now in force then you have no mediator, and you are outside of the Kingdom and in your sins.
