I live in California and know Harris quite well. She's a product of the corrupt Democratic San Francisco political machine. God help us if she becomes president. I doubt she will because she has just enough baggage to turn off the ultra leftists.

Harris is not really a 100% leftist in her policy views. She was a San Francisco prosecutor and attorney General of California. The socialist, leftist, BLM types distrust her because in their eyes she was "too tough" on crime especially towards black people. And she has too many corporate supporters for their tastes. And some view her and not really an African-American since her mother is Indian and he father was born in Jamaica. She is a gun control nut, though.
All I know is that the things she's proposing could just as easily have come out of Stalin's mouth as her own. If she (or any other leftist wack job) gets elected, this country is finished, if it isn't already.

Oh I agree Harris is definitely a left leaning nutter. The ironic thing is that people like her think they are righteous.
Not when they get to that level they don't.
Rank and file, normal everyday people who vote left are often true believers. They think that they're righteous because they're being unselfish and looking out for the oppressed and the downtrodden but people who are in positions of real power KNOW that it does not work and that those oppressed and downtrodden people are not their beneficiaries but their victims.
Every single syllable that comes out of Harris' mouth is a lie - a knowing, calculated, intentional lie.
If you want to know what evil looks like, no need to find old footage of Hitler making a speech nor must you travel to Venezuela or Russia, just attend a Kamala Harris rally or watch a YouTube video of Burnie Sanders or AOC.
Personally, I'm sort of encouraged by all these wack jobs who are running on the left. The way things are going, it won't be a moderate that will win, it'll be the least conventional, least politician-like nut job they can find. The nice thing about the left is that they routinely get out over their own skis. And now, because of what they see as Obama having so much success (even though a large percentage of what he accomplished was undone by Trump in less than two years), they've stopped trying to camouflage their intentions. They no longer care if they look like quasi-communist and, historically speaking, that generally loses them nation wide elections because as much as it energizes the younger demographics and many minorities, it scares the living hell out of the majority of American voters.
