I already quoted you lying earlier. You literally told a lie a minute. And then you denied it. I don't need to prove to everyone here what everyone here already knows. You live in some fantasy world where you think that I am the only one who believes the things I say about you. We ALL know you're a liar and we ALL know you defend the Left in every thread.

Go away little person.

Nope. You’re just full of it and use the same tired loser tactics every time you’re losing a debate.

  • Rebuild every single building in America
  • Phase out air travel in 10 years
  • Government jobs and health care for everybody
  • If we don’t have the money for it, no big deal, just print some

Sound Crazy? Yes! It is also the Green New Deal that the Democrat presidential hopefuls signed onto. Yes, Liberals and Democrats are actually that stupid.

Glenn Beck made a great point on the radio: Why do we need a New Deal anyways. The last new deal was to save us from horrible poverty and 30% unemployment, soup and breadlines, and all that.

But today? We are at full employment, the economy is humming, and things are great. Why in the world introduce a "new deal" now? ...ESPECIALLY one that will literally destroy the great economy we now have.

This "Deal" isn't even the beginning of a plan. It's like a wish list that boils down to "Make Everything Awesome" and obviously it will cost money so we need more taxes.

from the FAQ: "retrofit every building in america"
That FAQ document has been hidden because it was too embarrassing for the Democrats.

Cotton says media was 'Stalin-like' in Ocasio-Cortez Green Deal cover up

Cotton, a staunch Republican, appeared on The Hugh Hewitt Show on Tuesday and discussed the widely ridiculed Green New Deal that aims to implement sweeping changes across the nation.

But what particularly caught Cotton’s eye was how the media became complicit in hiding the now-infamous FAQ document circulated by the Ocasio-Cortez office, which included lines such as promising a job to “all people of the United States” – including those “unwilling to work” – and making air travel industry obsolete.

“I understand the Democrats that proposed this immediately tried to retract that white paper that went along with their resolution,” Cotton added. “And too many people in the media have been complicit in the Stalin-like or 1984 technique of disappearing it, sending it down the memory hole.”

Franklin Roosevelt was not in the White House during the Stock Market Crash of 1929 - the Republicans can take all the credit for that!

When times are bad, conservatives argue that the nation can't afford those social programs that benefit the disadvantaged and when times are good they then argue that they're not needed!

The Republicans were also the ones who wanted the Presidential Term Limit after Roosevelt won 4 terms - it appears that they were jealous when it came to "too much of a good thing!"

New Deal

The New Deal was a series of programs and projects instituted during the Great Depression by President Franklin D. Roosevelt that aimed to restore prosperity to Americans. When Roosevelt took office in 1933, he acted swiftly to stabilize the economy and provide jobs and relief to those who were suffering. Over the next eight years, the government instituted a series of experimental New Deal projects and programs, such as the CCC, the WPA, the TVA, the SEC and others, that aimed to restore some measure of dignity and prosperity to many Americans.

The greatest effect of the New Deal was to change America from a Republican form of government into the kind of democracy warned against here:

A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the majority discovers it can vote itself largess out of the public treasury. After that, the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits with the result the democracy collapses because of the loose fiscal policy ensuing, always to be followed by a dictatorship, then a monarchy.

How would have Alexander Fraser Tyler characterized the recent Republican "tax cut" if anything but an exercise to provide "largess out of the public treasury" for the wealthiest segment of American society - the "middle class" which was supposed to reap the benefits are still patiently waiting for their share?

The wealthy in America are still paying a higher percent than their fair share.
How is making taxation a bit less unfair an exercise to provide "largess"?

What is a Progressive Tax
A progressive tax is a tax that imposes a lower tax rate on low-income earners compared to those with a higher income, making it based on the taxpayer's ability to pay. That means it takes a larger percentage from high-income earners than it does from low-income individuals.

That is exactly what it is, it is a non-binding resolution which means even if it were passed and signed by the President it doesn't really do anything except to be an outline of legislative goals. Actual action on those goals requires separate legislation that would get down to the specifics.

- net worth of U.S. households and non-profit organizations was $94.7 trillion in the first quarter of 2017
- divided equally among 124 million U.S. households, this would be $760,000 per family
- the bottom 50% of families, representing 62 million households, average $11,000 net worth

- in 2014 the top wealthiest 1% possess 40% of the nation's wealth; the bottom 80% own 7%
- the "richest 1% in the United States now own more additional income than the bottom 90%
- the gap between the top 10% and the middle class is over 1,000%; that increases another 1,000% for the top 1%

- a September 2017 study by the Federal Reserve reported that the top 1% owned 38.5% of the country's wealth in 2016

- in their June 2017 report, the Boston Consulting Group predicts that as much as 70% of the nation's wealth could be in the hands of millionaires and billionaires by 2021

If something is built, and you take part of it away and put it back you are Rebuilding.

You're quibbling over words and the wrong word to boot.
Page 7 line 16 says;

The main word being ALL.

No one on TOL referenced the FAQ until days later. They were just parroting what they heard in the media

Because they’re different terms and different concepts. Why not use the actual word used in the document? That would make the most sense, wouldn’t it?

where's everybody gonna live while their home/houses are being rebuilt?

You make a convincing argument for only allowing the top 1% to vote and preventing the bottom 90% from voting.

why include non-profit organizations?

why exclude private businesses and public entities?
