Harrisburg activist not guilty of disorderly conduct after police pepper sprayed people in her yard
The incident in Kimeka Campbell's fenced back yard last year started after a noise complaint and ended with her in handcuffs and her friends doused in pepper spray.
I'd say she's more of a paranoid schizophrenic than a teacher.
