It is obviously that those among the apostles ARE / EISI in the Greek PRESENT TENSE which then means several things !!

These , were not believers of the MYSTERY , Rom 16:25 and 26 !!

The PRESENT TENSE , THAN that Paul's letter to the Romans , was later and written in Paul's ministry of the MYSTERY !!
