Why did God take six days to create everything? Why are there only Ten Commandments? Why did God make leaves green? Why did The Lord choose only twelve disciples? Why ask a question that only God knows the answer to?

yeah, why didn't God just snap His fingers. Jesus' Ministry was only 3 or 4 years. who else has changed the world and saved mankind in such a short time ? dumb question :shut:

Because it is no mystery as you suppose/or are given to believe. God has revealed these things to those who diligently seek him. He rewards them with such knowledge. Btw, How has the world changed that Jesus would declare that unless He shorten the time, there wouldn't even be faith left when He returned?

I make no claims except Jesus Christ by Whom the Holy Spirit guides and corrects as Jesus said He would, in his stead. It is by His discernment alone that anyone of Christ should take to themselves understanding. In this, by His witness, are mysteries revealed.
Example: "For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit [because] in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. 1 Corinthians 14:2 (KJV) . . . and folk, by the same Spirit, are enabled to interpret such "mysteries" to make them known to the "unlearned"..
Question: What do you suppose determines it being but a select few who are entrusted with His "gifts"?

How so? Perhaps there are a lot of confused minds who are trying to sort out some issues they have been dealing with__ You perhaps?
I see you make the distinction between being a Catholic and a Christian.
