It is unhealthy because it does not portray the truth.
Can you elaborate?

It matters for that same reason --- God is denied --- and that is the warning of those who are criticizing this movie as being unhealthy for young ladies and young men (and that includes 'Christian' ones also).
Can you explain why that matters?

Except it's not. There are numerous lies in this review.

I'm no defending the premise of the movie, but if something should be opposed [or even supported] such should be done so based on the facts.
One reviewer claimed that Ana signed the contract [different from the NDA] which is something she never did, even after negotiating the terms.

For instance, Ana stands up for herself throughout the story. Including making demands of Christian that he then follows. Which brings Christian to the realization that this is what he wants.

That is not to say the story is realistic in that sense. In fact, I got the feeling the entire premise is EL James' fantasy about healing a broken man [in a bdsm relationship].

Also bdsm is not necessarily violent. There is a reason they have safe-words.
