Because they are the majority in USA. Oppressed are the minorities. Majority cannot be oppressed. this country is built on democracy.
But it seems entitlement is going too far and being abused in the USA, IMO.

Blacks have more rights and privileges than white people do. Example: A person can get hired just because they are black.
