How Religion Perverts the Gospel and the Lordship of Jesus Christ

You will not hear it taught in the Catholic church or in Calvinism, that Jesus Christ has victorious defeated sin, death and the devil and in doing so has reconciled a world of lost sinners unto God.

Yet it is openly taught in the New Testament. The religious avoid these scriptures like the plague.

"And having spoiled principalities and powers (The devil) he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it" Colossians 2:15.

"God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation (the Gospel)" 2 Corinthians 5:19.

These two scriptures tell us that Jesus has victoriously defeated sin, death and the devil. The fact that God accepted Jesus into heaven and has made Jesus both Lord and Christ, Acts 2:36, is more than proof that Jesus is indeed the savior and redeemer of the whole world, 1 John 2:2.

The reason that God is not imputing sin to sinners is because sin has been abolished by the crucifixon of Christ. God is now at peace with the world because of the doing and the dying of Jesus Christ.

"And having made peace through the blood of the cross, by him to reconcile ALL THINGS unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven" Colossians 1:20.

This is the age of grace and faith. Jesus has victoriouly made a way for all that want to be saved to be saved. Now, "Whosoever that shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" Romans 10:13. Because of the victorious work of Christ that was done in our name and on our behalf, the gates of heaven have been thrown wide open.

This is why Paul wrote... "To him that does NO WORKS, but believes on him that justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteouness" Romans 4:5.

Simple, child like faith in Jesus is our ticket to eternal life and not religion.

You poor deluded soul.

You want to believe that God has to force salvation on some or he will not have a people for himself.

The Bible teaches no such thing.

Those that are saved have come to Christ to be saved by him by their own free will, Matthew 11:28.

You need to come to Christ so that he can save you.

If they do, it will be because like you, they have not trusted in Christ as their savior.

Instead like you, they thought that they didn't need to trust Christ as their savior. They thought like you, that they had been predestinated.

You disregard what Christ did in abolishing death !

Those two scriptures do not actually tell us that Jesus defeated sin, death and the devil.

Unlike these verses which clearly state that death will not be destroyed until after Jesus returns.

1 Corinthians 15:22-26
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

God sees the big picture. As far as God is concerned sin, death and the devil have been abolished.

If Jesus did not defeat sin, death and the devil Jesus would not be in heaven at the right hand of God, Hebrews 1:3 also Hebrews 7:26.

No, God sees things as they actually are and knows what has already happened and what still needs to happen.

If Jesus did not defeat sin, death and the devil Jesus would not be in heaven at the right hand of God, Hebrews 1:3 also Hebrews 7:26.
Jesus is sitting in heaven at the right hand of God waiting to be given the kingdom.

That happens here:

Revelation 11:15
15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

The devil is defeated here:

Revelation 20:10
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

And death is defeated here:

Revelation 20:14
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

You teach that those Christ defeated death for, abolishing it 2 Tim 1:10 still wind up in the second death, which is a denial that He defeated death !

You are about as hell bound as they come.

In the judgment you would probably be better off to believe in no God at all.

Instead you have chosen to blasphemy him and his Son Jesus Christ.

You make God to be a liar, Christ death abolished death for them He loved and died for 2 Tim 1:10 !

Which is the whole world, 1 John 2:2.

"God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son" John 3:16.

As you go off into hell remember that.

That is the Elect World ! Many go into the second death !

Now you are adding to scripture;

Revelation 22:18-19 New King James Version (NKJV)

A Warning
18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book;
19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

You don't believe that Christ abolished death 2 Tim 1:10 !

No only did Jesus abolish death, he also abolished sin and the devil and in doing so made it possible for, "Whosoever that shall call upon the name of the Lord to be saved" Romans 10:13.

And you don't believe it ! You teach that those Christ abolished death for still end up in death ! That is a contradiction !
