( Notice that when Mel appears in public wearing a baseball cap, she is always smiling, actually - suppressing a giggle that her hair is rooted.)

However, lets be fair and unbiased.

Kim Jong-Un's hair do is also crap. Obviously dyed jet monotone black. Kim's shaven sides are a double bluff. One is supposed to think that the hairy stuff is intentional contrast, disguising the fact that it is really a dead hamster, died from malnutrition ( more likely committed suicide), therefore not big enough to reach Kimy's ears.
