LOL. Well, the left doesn't consider those rights to actually be rights so they didn't extend those rights to rivers. But, that doesn't really matter. Ever seen a really "angry" river misbehaving? It makes antifa and blm look like little kids playing with wet matches when it comes to property destruction.

Well, I think the beer would be so diluted it would be like drinking.... Water. I think rivers have enough of that, unless that is they have a dry riverbed. As to the right to bare arms I have yet to see a river cover it's "arms", i.e. tributaries.

I hate to tell you this but our banks are already bankrupt. The Fed and the government has already bankrupted us. Rivers seem to be immune to being "bank"rupted. When they get out of the banks they often excavate enough soil to create new banks within which to run.
