That's because the interpretation of the Bible is man-made. Also see Jeremiah 23:24. "Do I not fill heaven and earth"?
Notice how badly you are trying to force yourself to be separate from God. Why are you doing that? Does it mean something bad if you are not apart from God? Is it going to ruin your beliefs? Maybe you should reconsider your beliefs when you're ready to know God and the truth that makes you free.

The Bible does say that God created the heaven and the earth.
The Bible does NOT support your pantheistic version of God.
