He was addressing the same spirit that filled Judas:

and Judas, friend.
Jesus called Judas "friend" because that is what he had been for the last three years; a friend, a confidant, chosen, to fulfill all prophecy and chosen by our Sovereign God to fulfill His good pleasure.
In the scriptures you have posted you are "right" in your proof-texts.
You are wrong in that you miss the forest for the trees.
There is forgiveness; even for you.
Luke 22: 31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.
34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the **** shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.
*Jesus was praying against the "flesh" (Satan) IN Peter. He knew Peter was His and that the Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.
John 21: 15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Judas was the son of perdition, not Peter.
