There is an interesting mathematical system for the Patriarch’s age at death.

Abraham died at 175 years of age. (7 times 5 squared)= 175

Isaac died at 180 years of age. ……(5 times 6 squared)=180

Jacob died at 147 years of age…….(3 times 7 squared)=147

1) Do you think this mathematical system is a coincidence?

2) Do you think God arranged this mathematical system for some purpose? What purpose?

3) Do you think that maybe the writers of Genesis created this mathematical system as a clue for astute readers? What's the clue mean?

Now that you are astute…in the know….what do you think?

It seems to me that this mathematical formula was placed in Genesis for a reason. BUT WHAT IS THE REASON?

Any thoughts?

Not too sure about ages of the patriarchs..... However.....
God does place significance upon numbers to represent different things in scripture.
And, the entire creation may be based on mathematics...evidence of design.

In Tegmark's view, everything in the universe — humans included — is part of a mathematical structure.
