Fiona Hill: "The president was trying to stage a coup"

My point is that Ray Epps is but one of many Oath Keepers who were in on the storming of the Capitol. And they weren't even the only group. There were also members of the Proud Boys, the Three Percenters, a bunch of QAnon nuts, etc. And their common goal was to force Mike Pence to flee the Capitol so he couldn't certify the election.
Either Epps was a Trump supporter or not. If he was working for the FBI then it makes sense that he was never charged or jailed for his part in inciting violence as one of the most active and vigorous rioters to incite violence that day.

No other conclusion makes any logical sense. How else can anyone explain why Epps was never arrested?

I believe Epps was planted by anti-Trump factions in the FBI to infiltrate the Oath Keepers for the purpose of inciting them to riot in order to dishonestly frame Trump for the violence.
Your baseless conspiracy theory is blown completely out of the water by the fact that the leader of the Oath Keepers, Stewart Rhodes, was convicted of seditious conspiracy for his role in leading the January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol. Ray Epps wasn't the leader, he was only a member.

If Epps had not been part of the leftist conspiracy to frame Trump...
Epps played only a very small part in the J6 insurrection. Others played much bigger roles, including Trump. Here is a summary of Trump's multifaceted plan to steal the 2020 election:

1) Direct the mob of rioters to chase Mike Pence out of D.C. and replace him with Sen. Chuck Grassley, who would certify the votes of the fake pro-Trump electors and steal the election for Trump.
2) Bog down courts with frivolous election lawsuits.
3) Have state legislatures overturn their state's election results.
4) Have Congress overturn election results.
5) Have the DOJ run election interference.
6) Order the military to seize voting machines and rig them to steal the election for Trump.

You want to focus on Ray Epps and ignore the much bigger players, and the much bigger picture of what went down on J6 and why.

Rhodes' conviction does not disprove sworn testimony from whistleblowers that the FBI infiltrated the Oath Keepers for corrupt motives.

Epps remains a major contradiction to democrat claims that protesters at the Capitol on Jan 6 were insurrectionists deserving jail time.

False accusations are lies and we know all liars shall have their part in the lake of fire.

Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Exactly what crime did Ray Epps commit in your opinion?
There are people who are in jail today who were waived into the Capitol by the Capitol police.

Then there is Ray Epps who was the most vocal ring-leader urging everyone to go into the Capitol, who is not only free today, but is protected by the left like he's a national hero.

What heroic act did Ray Epps perform to deserve to be protected above everyone else who was there that day in your opinion?

That does not answer my question to you. I asked you, "Exactly what crime did Ray Epps commit in your opinion?" And you can't give me an answer.

The Capitol police who waved in MAGA rioters were MAGA Trump supporters themselves. But if someone tells you to go jump off a bridge and you do it, that's your fault.

The only thing Ray Epps did that you don't like was that he said the quiet part out loud. Other than that, you approve of his activities.

Epps is free today because he did not participate in any violence and cooperated with the investigation--which is another reason you hate him.

He isn't being protected. He was smart enough not to go into the Capitol himself or to commit any acts of violence.

Ray Epps led crowds into the Capitol which was something dozens of those who have been jailed by the fascist democrat mob did not do.

Did the real and fake MAGA supporters have signs on their back identifying them as 'the enemy?'

I don't hate Ray. I hate the hateful leftist thugs who jailed innocent people for protesting against widespread democrat 2020 voter fraud.

Ray Epps did not go into the Capitol. Other Oath Keepers did, however, and they are in jail for doing so.

Of course you don't hate Ray Epps. You agree with his activities. You're just mad that he said the quiet part out loud and then cooperated with the investigations.

You don't have a good grasp of the facts. You have conjecture and a determination to excuse anyone and everyone excused by crooked leftists and to condemn anyone and everyone condemned by crooked leftists.

Oath Keepers members found guilty of seditious conspiracy

Three members of the Oath Keepers and a fourth person associated with the far-right militia group were convicted of seditious conspiracy by a Washington, DC, jury on Monday for their role in the January 6, 2021, insurrection.

The four men – Roberto Minuta, Joseph Hackett, David Moerschel and Edward Vallejo – were accused of plotting to stop the certification of Joe Biden’s 2020 electoral college victory, a conspiracy that culminated in the attack on the US Capitol.

The convictions are another win for the Justice Department who brought the rare charge against members of the far-right militia early last year. After a 10-week trial this fall, Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes as well as Kelly Meggs, a leader of the group in Florida, were the first of the group to be found guilty of seditious conspiracy.

The democrat traitors keep on winning in their theft of power and persecution of good Americans.

Mike Pence subpoenaed by special counsel overseeing Trump probes

It follows months of negotiations between prosecutors and Pence's legal team.

Smith was appointed in November to oversee the investigation into Trump's potential mishandling of classified documents after leaving the presidency and obstructing the government's efforts to retrieve them -- as well as a separate probe into efforts by Trump and his allies to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

The move will be seen as a major escalation of Smith's probe into efforts by Trump and his allies to overturn the election, and suggests that Smith's investigation has entered a more advanced stage.

Democrats created the false Trump/Russian collusion narrative to deflect attention away from the wickedness portrayed in the leaked DNC emails and from the Seth Rich murder. Democrats created the fake J-6 insurrection narrative to deflect attention away from massive evidence of massive democrat voting fraud in 2020.

Proud Boys sedition trial shows group keying off Trump comments

In private messages, revealed Thursday by prosecutors at a seditious conspiracy trial stemming from the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, members of the group discussed Trump’s Sept. 29 debate-stage exhortation to the Proud Boys to “stand back and stand by” ahead of the November election.

Some Proud Boy leaders, like Joe Biggs — one of five seditious conspiracy defendants — saw Trump’s comment as a command to prepare to violently confront antifa.

“Trump basically said to go [redacted] them up,” Biggs said on Parler, the social media platform popular with conservatives. “This makes me so happy.”

His public comments ignited a furor among Proud Boys’ self-described “elders” — its national leadership — who worried that Biggs’ embrace of violent rhetoric could undercut the group’s reputation.

“Mainstream republican support hinges on what the president says about us,” said Proud Boy Nicholas Ochs. “Right now it’s good.”

Trump has been a central aspect of the Proud Boys trial, a specter looming in the background as the group put itself on a path to descend on Washington and, ultimately, take a central role in the breach of the Capitol. Dozens of private chats and text chains revealed by prosecutors show how Proud Boys leaders keyed off Trump’s comments and used them to both drive recruitment but also attempt to manage their growing but unruly rank-and-file.

Biggs, Enrique Tarrio — the group’s national chair at the time — Seattle-based Proud Boy Ethan Nordean, and Philadelphia Proud Boy leader Zachary Rehl are now facing seditious conspiracy charges for their central roles in organizing hundreds of Proud Boys to descend on Washington for Jan. 6, and lead them in a march to the Capitol. A fifth defendant, New York’s Dominic Pezzola, ignited the breach of the Capitol itself when he shattered a Senate-wing window with a stolen police riot shield.

Prosecutors say the group played a crucial role in driving waves of the pro-Trump mob toward the Capitol and then egging it on to surge past barricades and across police lines before entering the Capitol. Prosecutors intend to describe to jurors how several cells of Proud Boys, who marched with the group to the Capitol, dispersed around the Capitol and were prominent in multiple breaches that day. . . .

. . . . The internal grousing became even more urgent just two days later, when at 1:42 a.m. Trump issued a call to his supporters to make a stand in Washington on Jan. 6, 2021, the day Congress was set to certify Biden’s victory. “Be there, will be wild,” Trump tweeted.

“Trumps calling the troops in on the 6th,” Biggs said to the group a few hours later.

Amid their talks, Tarrio created a new encrypted chat channel to prepare the group’s Jan. 6 plans, calling it the “Ministry of Self-Defense.” That channel has become a focal point of the government’s investigation.

Prosecutors particularly focused on the group’s use of the channel to discuss tactics for Jan. 6. Members of the group discussed a strategy to break into small teams to avoid being choked off by police blockades. They also discussed avoiding wearing the group’s traditional black-and-yellow attire and a potential plan to wear all-black — a tactic known as black bloc — to mimic far-left protestors who have frequently clashed with Proud Boys.

The decision not to wear Proud Boys colors was an extensive subject of the group’s conversation in the days before Jan. 6. Tarrio repeatedly urged different sets of Proud Boys leaders to refuse to bring any identifying gear. When some in the group pushed back, worried that the decision could result in Proud Boys getting blamed for the destruction of others, Tarrio dismissed the concern.

“Misinformation is a good tool,” Tarrio said in one chat with Proud Boys about the group’s plan not to wear identifying black-and-yellow attire on Jan. 6. Then, after a pause, he said, “[redacted] … Did I just goebbels this thing?”

Proud Boys are not Trump any more than the Nation of Islam Black Panthers are Obama.
